The drum-shaped gear coupling is a rigid-flexible coupling, which is composed of an internal ring and a flange half coupling ,while their quantity of gears should be same .
The external gear are divided into straight and drum two type. The drum gear coupling can allow a larger angular displacement (compare to the straight gear coupling), which can improve the surface of the gear and increase the torque. thus will extender thier service life .
Compensation ability for radial, axial and angular axis deviations. Compared with CL straight-gear couplings, it has compact structure, small turning radius, large carrying capacity, high transmission efficiency, low noise and long maintenance cycle.
1. The mass and rotary inertia of the coupling are approximate values calculated by the minimum diameter and maximum length of the shaft hole.
2. D2>465mm, the sealing ring is made of cross-section rubber strips.
3. The J1 shaft hole can also be used without the shaft end retaining ring .
